Kolkata, 14th July 2008 :IFGL Refractories have successfully completed acquisition of Hofmann Group of Companies. SPV by name IFGL GmbH, 100% subsidiary of Monocon International Refractories Limited, UK has been formed which acquired 96.16% shareholding of Hofmann Ceramics GmbH and 100% of partnership interest of Hofmann OHG, Germany. Along with these, they acquired 92% shareholding of Hofmann Ceramics, Czech Republic and 100% shareholding of Hofmann Ceramics LLC USA and Hofmann Ceramic Limited, UK.
